Helping Aadi’s Family Stay by His Side

Aadi is a little fighter who has spent his entire young life in the NICU. Born at just 36 weeks and weighing 4.9 pounds, he was diagnosed with a significant congenital diaphragmatic hernia, a condition that affected the development of his lungs and led to several additional medical challenges.

For months, Aadi’s parents have watched him fight, grow, and become a little more interactive with the world around him each day. Their biggest hope is for the day they can finally bring him home.

Being there for Aadi has also meant making difficult choices. His parents live about two hours from the hospital and have struggled to maintain consistent work while traveling back and forth and spending as much time as possible by his side. With no other family in the United States to lean on, they are navigating this journey largely on their own while trying to keep up with rent, utilities, groceries, insurance, and other everyday expenses.

Big Z is grateful to step in and help ease some of that financial pressure—giving Aadi’s parents a little more breathing room so they can focus on what matters most: being there for their baby boy as he continues his journey toward home.
